During a session, you remain fully clothed and rest comfortably while gentle hands are placed on the body. Many people experience deep relaxation, warmth, emotional softening, or a sense of steadiness. Reiki offers a calm, supportive space for stress, fatigue, overwhelm, pain, or simply the need to pause and reconnect."
