Sage has been a practicing massage therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of BC since 2015. Her work facilitates what is optimally functional for you, effectively acting as mediator between mind and body, and working with the nervous and fascial systems to interrupt the body’s pain habits and instabilities. Over the years, and through ongoing advanced coursework in fascial, nerve, visceral, craniosacral, and somatic experiencing approaches, she has come to focus her practice on trauma, in its many interpretations, such as impact injuries, surgical recovery, chronic illnesses, anxiety related tension, post partum overwhelm, and attending to emotional and physical connections, along with inviting anyone to address orthopaedic concerns or general well-being. Sage is slowly weaving together her passions for healing into new parenthood and finding renewed inspiration in vocal and movement play, arts and crafts, meditation and co-regulation, and ecology exploration.
